Sir John McNeil and Colonel Tulloch 2 having been sent to this country by Her Majesty’s Government to make inquiries into and report upon the condition of this Army, all Officers and others of the Commissariat Department will afford them every information in their power, and answer such queries as may be addressed to them, and furnish all such papers and Returns as may be required of them.
